Molinare has an exciting opportunity for a Post Production Coordinator to join our team in Soho!

About the Role


The Post Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling of projects, working across all facets of the post production process. You will be the main point of contact for ADR and Offline bookings and act as a liaison between Sales and the Post Production Managers to ensure we schedule projects to meet our client deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the scheduling team
  • Fully manage ADR bookings; from scheduling, client liaison through to costing
  • Assist the PPM’s on all aspects on project management
  • Liaising with Sales on client enquiries to prepare draft schedules in line with client deadlines
  • Running the schedule for our busy Offline suites including managing the setup of suites for clients, managing suppliers, costing and invoicing.

 

This role requires solid technical knowledge of post-production.

If you enjoy working with a team of creative people, can demonstrate experience in a high pressure environment, including how to prioritise tasks for a team and work efficiently with a wide variety of staff from post production then this could be the role for you. Great attitude, people skills, and previous experience are a must.
