Industry event was held for everything you need to know on how to start recruiting and training VFX apprentices.
On Thursday 9th May, NextGen Skills Academy and UK Screen Alliance hosted the first VFX Apprenticeships Made Easy event with Westminster Kingsway College, and our friends Access:VFX, in association with the High End TV Skills Fund administered by ScreenSkills.
It was great to see industry and education working together to share insights, knowledge, experience, and their successes with hiring VFX apprentices.
If you missed the event and would like to know more, an information pamphlet about the VFX apprenticeship process from our friends at NextGen can be found here:

Also available is the Access:VFX podcast, where you can find out why studios are embracing a new way of super-charging the U.K’s talent pipeline, and why your studio should get involved. With discussions from NextGen Skills Academy, UK Screen Alliance, and Framestore to get the facts without the fluff.
