Harbor strengthens its senior creative team as the company continues to expand its visual effects offering for feature films and HETV
Danny joins Harbor with more than two decades of experience spanning visual effects, production, games development and studio leadership. Danny has built his career working closely with filmmakers, producers and artists to bring ambitious visual storytelling to the screen. Most recently, Danny served as Production Director and Head of Film & TV at Absolute Post for nearly a decade, where he oversaw the visual effects across a slate of projects including Poor Things, How To Have Sex, The Buccaneers, Boiling Point, Great Expectations, Sweetpea and the critically acclaimed Adolescence.
At Harbor, Danny will work alongside VFX Producer Paul McCullough, commercial teams across Harbor’s global network and the exceptional team of artists, to build on the studio’s growing reputation in the space. Established two years ago, Harbor’s London VFX department now operates with a team of more than 40 artists delivering over 100 shots across feature and episodic productions. Recent credits include the highly anticipated third series of the BBC’s The Capture and Sky’s Sweetpea, with several major streamer projects due to be announced shortly.
Based in London within the Farringdon studio, he will collaborate closely with Harbor’s facilities in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta, helping clients access an integrated post-production offering spanning visual effects, colour, sound, ADR, finishing and dailies services. Recent credits from the London team include Legends (Netflix), All Her Fault (Sky Universal), Black Doves (Netflix), Alice & Steve (Disney), The Invite (A24) and the forthcoming feature Sense and Sensibility.

Alongside his studio leadership roles, Danny has also worked as an Executive Producer and Business Development lead for Tiny Giants, a multi-platform IP incubator developing original intellectual property across film, television and emerging media. Danny is also a longstanding board member of the Visual Effects Society UK.
