Oli Hyatt MBE
Oli Hyatt MBE set up Blue-Zoo in 2000 straight from university and over the following 16 years he has slowly grown the studio into one of the largest character animation studios in Europe. Oli was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday honours list for services to Children’s TV and Animation, as well as picking up BAFTA Production Company of the year for Blue-Zoo.

Claire is Director of Operations for Company 3 in London under the global Creative Services Group umbrella for Deluxe Entertainment. In the past Claire has worked in 3D, digital, and post production, at some of the industry’s foremost visual effects companies such as Framestore and Cinesite.

Kerry is the Finance Director at Aardman Animations (Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Timmy Time, Chicken Run), a role he has held since 2003, after joining the company in 1996.

Neil has been involved with UK Screen as a director right from its inception in 2004. His background is in broadcast post-production where he was an editor/MD/owner for 20 years and he was a pioneer of non-linear editing. He was appointed CEO in 2016 and is the organisation’s principle spokesperson and policy advocate.

Kate is an established consultant specialising in training and education in the creative industries with over 20 years’ previous experience as executive director and deputy CEO of Creative Skillset. Kate was appointed Executive Chair of the Animation UK Council in 2016, and focuses on business and skills policy, with emphasis on liaison with government and industry stakeholders.
