UK Screen Alliance strengthens Covid-19 guidance on client attendance at post houses

The guidance for safe working in Post Production and VFX during the COVID-19 Pandemic has been strengthened to account for new government regulations introduced in January 2021 to control a new and more infectious strain of the coronavirus.

Creative industries projected to be hit twice as hard as wider economy by drop in revenue due to pandemic

New research from Oxford Economics projects a combined revenue drop of £74 billion for the UK’s creative industries in 2020 (£1.4 billion a week), with a GVA drop of £29 billion, and 406,0001 (1 in 5) creative jobs expected to be lost.
